Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026. This policy explains what Paralegal Stars™ stores on behalf of your firm and what we do with it.

What we collect

Account details supplied by your firm (name, work email, position, office pod), the training activity you generate inside the platform (quiz answers, scores, time on task, simulator runs, streaks), and any profile photo you choose to upload.

Why we collect it

To deliver daily training, score and adapt your quizzes, maintain leaderboards and achievements, and give your practice chair an accurate view of team readiness. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Who can see your activity

Your firm's administrators can see your training performance. Other paralegals see only what appears on shared leaderboards and contest boards. Nothing is shared across firms.

Firm materials

Booklets, templates, and exhibits uploaded by your firm remain the property of that firm. They are stored privately, served through expiring links, and are not used to train third-party models.

Retention and removal

Training records are retained for as long as your firm keeps the workspace active. A practice chair can deactivate an account at any time, and can request deletion of that user's records by writing to admissions@paralegalstars.com.

Security

Access is invitation-only, every request is authenticated, and study materials are protected against casual copying. No system is perfect, so we ask firms to report anything that looks wrong immediately.
