Access is granted by invitation from a participating law firm. Accounts are personal to the invited paralegal and may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else.

Training content
Booklets, templates, exhibits, quizzes, and simulator scenarios are provided for internal training only. Copying, printing, screen recording, redistributing, or publishing them outside your firm is prohibited.

Paralegal Stars™ is an informational and educational tool. Everything here is general information about personal injury practice, largely New Jersey specific. It is not legal advice and does not replace the judgment of a licensed attorney.
Academic integrity
Quizzes, contests, and leaderboards are measured. Sharing answer keys, using a second account, or manipulating scores results in removal of results and may end platform access.
Firm administration
Each firm's practice chair controls curriculum assignments, contests, invitations, and deactivations for their workspace, and is responsible for the accuracy of materials they upload.
Intellectual property
Paralegal Stars™ and SocratOwl™ are trademarks of Paralegal Stars. The platform's original text, quizzes, scenarios, artwork, characters, and course structure are owned by Paralegal Stars and licensed to your firm for internal training use only. Statutes, court rules, and agency publications quoted here are government works and are not claimed as our property.
Characters and third-party marks
Every character in the Hall of Stars™ is an original creation of Paralegal Stars. Any resemblance to real people or to characters owned by other companies is unintended, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any court, bar association, insurer, law school, or entertainment company named or alluded to on this site.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material on this platform infringes your copyright or trademark, write to admissions@paralegalstars.com with the work at issue, the location on the site, and your contact information. We investigate promptly and remove or replace anything that should not be here.

We work to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. These terms may be updated, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
